What is the Payment Portal Service?
The Payment Portal lets you pay your dental bill online using a secure, HIPAA- and PCI-compliant site. Just enter your payment ID, zip code, and last name to access your current balance, due date, and payment options covering most major credit/debit cards. The Payment Portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any computer or smartphone with internet access.

The Payment Portal allows you to make secure payments online from the convenience of home or on the go, and eliminates the hassle of dealing with paper statements.
How do I enroll into Payment Portal?
Easy, if your dental office has activated the Payment Portal, no action is required on your part to enroll. Simply check your paper or emailed statement for the payment ID and enter your information here to see if you can make your payment online.
What is Payment ID?
The payment ID is a unique code assigned to your account, located on your paper or emailed statement just below the credit card information box or at the bottom of the statement in the messages box. Use it to locate and pay your bill here online.
How secure is my personal information and my bill payment?
All transactions are processed through a secure website, and all information is encrypted.
Is my account eligible for Payment Portal service?
As long as your dental office has activated the portal for its patients, yes.
Is there a fee associated with the Payment Portal service?
No, there is no processing fee charged to patients for using the Payment Portal.
Once I made my payment online, can I cancel it?
No, once you’ve made a payment, you cannot cancel it here. But you can call your office for assistance if you believe you’ve made a payment in error.
What do I do if you have not received or credited my payment?
If you believe a payment was made but doesn’t properly display on your current balance, please contact your dental office for assistance.
Can I schedule my payment in advance?
No, you can only pay your bill once you receive your statement, unless you’ve made arrangements with your office for a regular payment plan (for orthodontic treatment, for example).
What forms of payment can I use with this online service?
The Payment Portal accepts all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, etc.
What do I do with the part of the printed bill stub that I used to mail back with my payment?
If you’ve made your payment online, your office doesn’t need the stub. You may want to keep it for your personal records, though, and write down your payment confirmation number on it.
How do payments show up on my credit card statement?
Your payment will appear as made on the date you completed the transaction online.
The address you have on file for my account is incorrect. What do I do?
If your mailing address has changed or is listed incorrectly, please contact your dental office with the correct information so they can update your file.
